Rental Guidelines

Identification  A valid Driver’s license is required for all rentals. Proof of Insurance is required for vehicles towing our equipment.

Terms  All rental fees are due at the time the rental item is picked up. We accept cash, personal, and company cheques.  Commercial accounts are available. If you are interested in opening a commercial account, please ask for an application.

Reservations / Business Hours  As a home based business, our business hours are extremely flexible. Feel free to take advantage of our extended hours cellphone service anytime between 6AM to 9PM seven days a week. Please call for item availability. We cannot control return times or at times when customers request additional time. We gladly accept reservations. We encourage our customers to take advantage of this service so we can make sure we have what you want when you need it!

Rental Period  The rental period begins at the time the equipment is rented and continues until the equipment is returned to us and the customer gets their receipt. This includes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. In the event of mechanical failure, please contact us immediately so we can make any necessary time adjustments as well as get your unit repaired or replaced.

Rates  We are a locally owned, home based business. By structuring our company this way, we are able to keep our overhead low and pass the savings on to you. Compare our rental rates to see the Hitch-n-Go advantage.

 Daily (24hrs) ---------------------------  $160  

 Weekly ( 7 Consec. Days)----------- $480
Monthly (28 Consec. Days)--------- $1440
All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.

Delivery / Pickup  Service Delivery and Pickup are available at common sense reasonable rates. Please call for the charge to your specific location. These fees are in addition to the base rental rates. If you prefer, you can pick up and return the boom lift to Our Location.

Cleaning Charges  We make every effort to ensure our equipment is clean at the time of rental. Some equipment can incur permanent damage if not cleaned properly immediately after use. Cleaning charges will be applied for the removal of concrete, mortar, asphalt, or excessive paint.

Damage Waiver Coverage  Damage Waiver Coverage is a special service we offer all our customers. The fee for this coverage is 10% of the Rental Fee. This fee will cover any accidental damage that may occur while the equipment is being rented. Damage Waiver does not cover misuse, abuse, flat tires, vandalism, gross negligence, or theft. Insurance / Responsibilty  Once the equipment leaves our yard, the customer is completely responsible for it until they return it to us and get their receipt. Our insurance does not cover equipment while it is in the customer’s possession. Contact your insurance agent for coverage. In the case of loss of the equipment, the customer will be billed for the list price of the lost item plus rental incurred until time of settlement. The customer must provide us with a copy of the police report on any stolen equipment. All items should be secured and protected from the weather. See our Terms and Conditions for clarification.

Tires  The customer is responsible for tire damages/repairs during the course of the rental.

Absolutely no insurance, taxes, or delivery charges are included in our published rental rates.
